It's been such a bad week I have a GF in town from Alaska and we have been so busy we eat out almost every meal this last weekend we had McD's breakfast, we went to Chucky cheese, the drive in (popcorn & candy) we also went to the beach and ate at our favorite restaurant my scale this morning wasn't nice too me at all I am so depressed....and this next week we are going out of town camping and my mother will probably do most of the cooking and she comes from the school of "there ain't a vegetable that can't be rolled in flower and fried" bless her pea picking heart...lol I one hand I look forward to her fried chicken in the other I want to be able to fit into my clothes....lol :-) I am just so frustrated w/ myself :-(((((

I need to walk more and I need to drink more...I can do this, we all can!!!!

It is so much easier when your frineds who come to visit are watching their weight. A little preplanning is what works for me. Good luck and I will pray for your scale that you do not toss it out the window! emoticon

My mom used to batter-fry fresh zucchini slices. Oh, heaven!

Fortunately, I haven't the patience for frying.

I guess after-meal power walks are part of the camping agenda!
