I'm starting over. I started 30 days ago, JMs 30 day shred and fell off. We had 12 record days of heat and I don't have adequate AC. I tried twice and almost passed out and felt nauseous while I tried to workout. I'm having some new pain in my knees and even when I was at my heavyest - I never had knee pain - oh the joys of aging.

I have to figure out what I can do next time when it's 90 degrees, 80% humidity and no breeze & no AC and get a workout in. Suggestion are welcome!!!

I have workout buddy! We plan to walk Shadyside park on Tuesdays at 10am.

I haven't felt very good the past week - most likely because I haven't worked out and because I've been procrastination with school and studying.

Okay, just finished my Day 1 of 30 day shred (again). I burned 400 calories min hr 145 max hr 173 28 total min.

I'm remeasureing my new start day:
I'm only weighting myself once a month and not doing BMI on Wii becuase both are serious downers for me.
Breast arms down, right at nipple 45
Waist 42
Hips and lower stomach 48
upper thigh 29
calf 17
upper fatty arm out fat haning down 15.5
neck 15

My plan for this week is to do the MJ 30 day shred M, W, F, S and walk with Mary on Tuesday and do another tape or take the dogs to the small lake/park. Continue to eat healthy and manage stress and balance life/school/volunteering.
