New Workout Journal Format

I've decided to reformat how I blog my workouts, I am going to create an initial post on Mondays with my expected schedule and then just edit it every day to reflect what I actually did, and then at the end of the week tally up my totals. This makes it easier for me to calculate totals and to visually see how well I stay on track. It is also a lot less intrusive on my SparkTeams blogs page (I monopolize several Teams with my daily posts). It also makes it easier for me in case I can't post on a day b/c I can always update multiple days at a time.
I do something similar in my Google calendar weekly by creating tasks for each of my workouts so I can check them off and it keeps me accountable. I need all the accountability I can get :)
