OPPS…. Weigh-in & Fitness Minutes

My weigh-in –
Ok so I jumped the gun on my weigh in………… I got really happy I had seen a drop and weighed in a day or two early. Opps. That weight wasn’t right I actually lost more than that. So I’m updating that sometime tonight, which is when I should have originally weighed in. If I would ahve wieghed in at the right time of day and on the right day it would have showed a total of 4lbs lost!!!!! Not 2lbs then 2lbs tonight. oh well....
My fitness minutes –
Just so everyone knows why it seems I’m accumulated a lot of minutes very very fast. Next week we are spending a week camping, hiking, and swimming. At this point, as the days become available, I am entering what I believe to be the minimum that I will be doing that day, just so I have a rough estimate of the minimum calories I will be burning, so I can increase my calories for that week as needed. Typically, at a minimum we hike at least 3 hours (usually more) so that is what I am inputting, on top of my regular exercise that I will be doing each day. So when I return form my trip these minutes will go up or down when I update the actual minutes for each day and add all the other various activities I’m not including right now. Down – if there is a lot of nasty weather that keeps us off the trails and out of the water ect… Up if the weather is great and everyone gets to have FUN FUN FUN!!!
Sorry for any confusion I may have caused – I’m trying to keep it honest.
