Still getting stressed

But I do think this place is a calming influence for me. I mean I don't think I've really thrown myself into the community as much as I could but I find the more stressed I get the more I neglect this place and when I do sit and enter things here, it can be a calming morning or evening ritual.

My weight loss kind of did a sharp down and then back up spike over the past couple of weeks of extra stress. But I'm still under that red line on the report so I guess all is well and I shouldn't obsess too carefully on the fluctuations. And I was actually getting concerned it was just dropping too fast. I knew I wasn't even getting up to 1000 calories on some days. I would just still like to even out my eating better.

It's not just a pattern with food, but I really see how when I'm stressed I drop a lot of good self care habits. One of the best things this place has helped me with besides looking at my weight and nutrition is brushing my teeth more regularly. A bit embarrassing to admit but that's something I started as a spark streak and it really did help me to make it a more solid regular habit. And the more I did that the more motivation I felt to get myself to the dentist because I became more aware all my brushing alone wasn't doing enough. Speaking of, as soon as I finish this coffee I need to see to my teeth and get ready to go out.
