End of week four

Monday - off - DONE
Tuesday - run 5 kms - DONE - 5.52 (0:35:33)
Wednesday - run 3 kms - DONE - 2.99 (0:17:14)
Thursday - run 4 kms - DONE - 4.1 (27:52) + 20 minutes of light yoga/stretching
Friday - BodyPump - NOT DONE
Saturday - Awesome Abs - DONE + strength and cardio
Sunday - run 10 km - DONE - 10.02 (1:10:12)

I even got the warning from Spark that I went over my calories burned.
Nutritionally, I didn't stay within my calories at all BUT I did consume significantly less than the week before. Bottom line, I'm down to 126 as of this morning and that's a four pound loss. (yay!)

My plan for this week looks just like last week:
Monday: off
Tuesday: 4 kms
Wednesday: 5 kms
Thursday: 3 hills/5 kms-ish:
Friday - drive to Cold Lake. Hopefully, some running around the rest areas.
Saturday through Sunday: Fishing and running

I do want to get the nutrition under control though. I overdid it today ..... I've got six days to improve.
