August Goal Card

Monday, August 03, 2009

Here is how I am planning to feel at the end of August:

Whew! I thought summer was a lost cause, but I am so happy I pulled myself together and made so much progress this month. I ate fresh, healthy meals, drank my water, and got more exrcise. I feel great and I look so much better than I did on August 1! School is ready to start and I am feeling more happy with myself- ready to face the world! I promised myself I would lose 50 pounds by Christmas, and I am well on my way!

August progress and recap:

I love your approach. This is wonderfully positive. Make sure you print it and put it somewhere prominent.

Much more likely to make it if you regard it as already having happened - lesson from time management and goal setting training! Great post.

What a great idea, talking about it as if it has happened. And it will! emoticon Are you a teacher too? I teach in the UK and am also on summer holidays - using this as my chance to make new habits.
