August Goal Card

Here is how I am planning to feel at the end of August:
Whew! I thought summer was a lost cause, but I am so happy I pulled myself together and made so much progress this month. I ate fresh, healthy meals, drank my water, and got more exrcise. I feel great and I look so much better than I did on August 1! School is ready to start and I am feeling more happy with myself- ready to face the world! I promised myself I would lose 50 pounds by Christmas, and I am well on my way!
August progress and recap:
Starting weight on August 3: 166.4 (a happy surprise at the scale this morning! Not as bad as I had expected.)
8/3- snuck in some time at the health club! Yippee!
10 minutes on stairs=
15 minutes on the Wave=
Eating- not so good. In check for today.
8/5- had a blast biking through the neighborhood with my DD- no training wheels! And I had lil guy on the back! It was fun.
8/6- rode bikes with DS2 through the neighborhood and to the forest preserve. It was loads of fun...and a nice workout- especially going up the hills and through the woods!
8/14- PROJECT ME- Day 1
food plan- done
exercise- 30 min bike ride
exercise- teadmill 40 min
8/16 bike ride for 30 min with the kids
8/17-30 minute bie ride with Steve
8/18- terrible foot pain today!
8/19- podiatrist appt today. No impact exercise for 6 weeks. I will beging to focus on weight training. Diet is crucial now!!!
8/28 BAD BAD t.o.m!!! doing great on water and well on food choices- need to start adding in some strength training! Feeling lazy.
