SO HUNGREY!!!!!!!

SINCE WORKING ON GETTING BACK ON TRACK WITH MY DIET, I AM SO HUNGREY. I AM GETTING USUALLY RIGHT AT THE HIGH END OF MY CALIORE RANGE OF 1200 TO 1650 (USUALLY 1650) IF I MEET MY CALIORES OR IF I GO OVER IT IS USUALLY ONLY ABOUT 200 TO 400 CALIORE WHICH STILL PUTS ME UNDER 2000 CALIORES A DAY. BUT I AM STILL SO HUNGREY. WHEN I HIT HUNGREY MODE AT STORE LAST NIGHT, I GOT SO ILL TRYING TO GET HOME TO COOK BECAUSE I WAS HUNGREY. I TURNED INTO A B WORD MAJOR BECAUSE I WAS HUNGREY. I AM NOT NICE WHEN I AM HUNGREY.

ALSO LAST NIGHT, I WENT TO BED HUNGREY AND I HAD A TOTAL OF 1800 CALIORES WHICH IS OVER MY RANGE. I HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED TO DO EXERCISE YET SINCE STARTING BACK ON TRACK ON MONDAY. I DID WALK FOR 20 MINUTES TODAY, BUT OTHER THAN THAT, NO EXERCISE YET.

I AM HUNGREY NOW AND I ATE AT 7 AM. I AM TRYING TO MAKE IT TO 12 PM FOR LUNCH SO I CAN EAT DINNER AT 4 PM OR 5 PM. I TRY TO NOT EAT PAST 6 OR 7PM IF I CAN HELP IT.

DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR MY HUNGREY FEELING AND BEING ILL WHEN I AM HUNGRREY.

ON A LIGHTER NOTE, I HAVE LOST 2 LBS. THIS WEEK SO FAR. YAH. BUT I AM SO HUNGREY AND CRANKY, LOL.

    I find that if I get hungry ,the best thing I can do for myself is to eat a large bowl of grapes and cherries ,I find this very filling but with few calories and sometimes this is my breakfast or some days my snack but I usually get around to eating them everyday and do not feel hungry as I did at the beginning of my weight loss . I have also found that the more I exercise the less hungry I am

    eat every couple of hours instead of three times a day. I like the 100 calorie granola bar and I have one with me at all times. Some times even peanuts as well.

    I know this is soo. . . difficult. I just crossed that "always" hungry feeling this week. For me, it was more of a mental thing. I was so used to dealing with issues with food, that I felt like I was hungry, when I really wasn't.

    I found the best way for me to overcome this was first, like mamaoftwins, to eat regularly scheduled meals and snacks. I try to eat a higher calorie breakfast and lunch and lower calorie dinner. Then, when those hunger pangs, cravings attacked I found something else to do. Log on to SP, go for a walk, do some crunches, play with the kids, start paperwork or a project, anything BUT go toward the kitchen! I hope this helps! I believe you can do this and eventually that hungry feeling will fade.

    What has worked for me is setting the timer on my cell phone to alarm every 3 hrs.

    My cell phone is with me at all times. So Im eatting every 3 hrs. Im like you, when Im hungry I get light headed and super cranky. But eatting every 3 hrs keeps my blood sugar up and I dont have those low dips.

    I eat cereal in the am around 8, then around 10 I eat either some baby pickles, or carrots, or nuts, then around 12-1 I eat lunch, then around 2-3 I eat another snack then around 6 we eat dinner.
