Two pounds gone!

So, I lost 2 pounds last week. I wish it would have been more but I am still happy that 2 pounds are gone! I made more of an effort to exercise last week. I had more energy and felt better about myself.
Today, I walked for 20 minutes and I plan on working out tonight with my buddy for 30-45 minutes. Hopefully, my small changes will add up to a big lifestyle change.
