Only 7 AM and the Day is Shot . . . .

I woke up at 5:30 with menstrual cramps. I got up, grabbed some Advil, and went back to bed. I couldn't get back to sleep, so I decided to get up to get ready for work. That wasn't such a big deal, as my alarm was set to go off at 6 AM anyway. I had to be into work early this morning, as I had a meeting scheduled for 9 AM, 10 AM off of site, and 2 PM. I wanted to get in early to get some actual work done before heading into my meetings.
I managed to get into the shower, pack my lunch, and make my breakfast. However, when I got out of the shower I felt a little strange and light headed. I just attributed it to my shower being too hot and went about my regular business. When I sat down to eat my breakfast things didn't seem to taste right and I couldn't force myself to eat it. My tea seemed to go down fine, so I just decided to have that and would pack a little extra in my lunch for when I did get hungry. However, a few minutes after I finished my tea I was running for the bathroom. I vomited up everything that I had just eaten. That was my first clue that everything wasn't alright and couldn't be attributed to my regular health issues.
It was 7 AM and I was supposed to be leaving for work. The first call I made was to my boss to let him know that I wouldn't make it in, as I was ill and then asked him to cover my 2 PM meeting.
The next call I made was to a co-worker with whom I had a meeting booked at 10 AM. I was to act as a liaison between an outside company and my co-worker's team. So, I left him a message to ask if he would be willing to meet with them without me. I'm now waiting for a call back.
My final phone call was to the outside company to let them know that I would not be able to make out 9 AM meeting. However, they were travelling from out of province and all I had on my cell phone was their office contact info. I called the number anyway in hopes that it would give me their cell phone number. No luck. I then remembered that they carried Blackberries. I remembered that their email addresses started as first name dot last name and then a funny company extension. So, I had to go online to the company website to find the stuff after the @ symbol. I sent them an email with my regrets. I was lucky and they quickly responded via email as well.
So, normally I would be relaxed right now, but I'm still waiting for a call back from my 10 AM meeting. I need to know that it is okay for my co-worker to meet with the guys from my 9 AM meeting and find out the address for where my co-worker is located at the moment so that I can direct the guys. It is approaching 9 AM and I'm getting stressed. I'm feeling terrible and all I want to do is sleep, but can't until I get this resolved.
Good news!!!! As I was typing the info above, my phone rang and it was the call that I was expecting. My co-worker is willing to meet with the guys and has given me driving directions to find his site office. One more call and I can relax.
