it's getting a little better, today i upped my calories a little closer to the recommended amount and i did not feel so tired tomorrow im going to try drinking more juice to take up the slack for the extra calories im still not motivated to exercise much but i did do a yoga booty ballet video last night, tonight im going to put on a music channel and just let myself go im gonna try for at least 60 mins but i will settle for 45
