Things have been getting much easier!

Ok, so its been 1 week and 3 days since I started my spark people diet. So far things are going REALLY great. I am still at 169, but thats ok. I know its just not one of those annoying weight fluctuations because I haven't been going up on the scale at all, and thats good enough for me! Plus, I have also been weighing myself at the end of the day after I work out and i know I have TONS of water weight on me anyways because I drink like a fish when i work out. (at least 2 bottles if not more in an hour!)

I have been keeping track of ALL the food I eat at every meal. Today I had a small serving of lasagna and it was sooo good. I am beginning to learn that I am just as satisfied with eating the proper amount of foods as I was when gorging on fatty foods at every meal time.

PLUS! I feel better too! Working out has really been working for me. My whole body feels toner, slimmer, and over all just better! It feels great not only just to see results, but to feel them also!
