I'm starting to look better in the mirror!

Its really amazing what working out can do for your body. My arms and legs are tighter. My thighs are smaller! There isn't as much pudge hanging out over the top of my jeans. I show off my muscles to my Fiance, and he seems quite impressed. I can also sleep at night! Which is always a plus. I suffer from acute sleep apnia, so good sleep is hard to come by. But not when I work out! :)
