p90x day 65 I will make it

Upon the advice of many of my friends, I opted out of doing anything strenuous to my knee. For my cardio I want walking in the park....I walked 10 miles and then came home to do my strength training. All in all a very good day. I like back and biceps and it kept my knee in check.
I burned a good amount of cals to day and my diet was spot on so I'm happy.
I 'm a little apprehensive about weighing in tomorrow for my jade Dragons. Hope fully the weekend is in the way past!

    It is hard to give up the intense cardio, but if your knees are 'complaining,' you are doing the right thing.

    I've had to give up the high impact cardio and it was tough. However, I've found that I can still get an intense workout and still lose weight, so it's not all bad.

    Natacha - with the amount of exercise and cardio burn you get in, I imagine that you will be posting a lovely negative number. BUT negative or not, think of how healthy your heart is, your lungs are, the example you are giving your kids and they way that will change the rest of their lives. THAT is impressive!
