p90x day 65 I will make it

Upon the advice of many of my friends, I opted out of doing anything strenuous to my knee. For my cardio I want walking in the park....I walked 10 miles and then came home to do my strength training. All in all a very good day. I like back and biceps and it kept my knee in check.
I burned a good amount of cals to day and my diet was spot on so I'm happy.
I 'm a little apprehensive about weighing in tomorrow for my jade Dragons. Hope fully the weekend is in the way past!
