p90x day 67 I got this

I got this p90x thing. I have learned to tailor this program to me for my results. In phase III I decided to just lift heavier weights so that I max out @ 8-10 reps. Im sore like I was in phase I and I know that's a good thing. I am still taking it easy on my knees but I getting my workouts in by doing ab ripper x daily and Im doing at least 1/2 of core synergistics daily. It really is making a difference.
I am being smart and listening to the advice of my Sparkfriends. Hopefully by the time I'm done with p90x my knees will feel better.
