p90x day 69: pylometrics MY way

As you guys already know my knee is not in any condition to do pylometrics so I did core synergistics and walked 5 miles while pushing my girls in their stroller. Aerobic exercise: mission accomplished.
I don't know if any other women suffer from this but it is my TOM and I'm really hungry all the time. It happens the week before and the week of and if i listened to it, I would not be where i am today. So I'm wondering, with all this healthy eating and exercise, why do my hormones still rage?
In any event, I stayed within my cal range and drank more than a gallon of water to keep hunger at bay. Phase III is hard because I was already planning my recovery week and realized that it's 2 weeks away. Somebody pray for me!
