p90x day 75 I'm hitting it hard

This is my last week before my recovery week and I really want to hit it hard. I did great today but I can't believe that my abs still are sore from ab ripper after 12 weeks! I have lost weight with this program but I really believe that it is all fat because I can see some shape in my legs and arms. What I am having a hard time doing is eating enough. I know I'm going to see it on the scale but lately Im not hungry after my workouts.I don't want to put my body into starvation but my body goes through cycles where its really hungry and then its not. I eat good food but i am always low on my fats and not on purpose. I like eating raw fruits and veggies and I rarely use oil in my cooking. Does anyone have suggestions?
