I got a fitness plan!

So I usually work out 4-5 nights a week for about an hour each time. I do about 30 min on the elliptical and finish it up with about 15 minutes of weights, and 15 minutes of Abdominal exercises.
I just started a Work/Study position in my school gym, and got to know the Graduate Assistant for Athletics. We talked about my goals. (Upper body and core strength) and she designed for me a weekly workout plan. I'm very excited! It's a nice mix of a bunch a different workouts I have never done before, so I'm sure my body is in for a workout! (literally!)
I also have lost another pound! I've hit a plateau of 166, but I have now lost another pound since I've started this workout plan (its been a week).
165! Only 15 pounds to go!
It's also my intention to visit the school dietitian, who I hear from friends is really helpful and knowledgeable.
