Getting Back on Track

I'm above my maintenance range again. I'm hopping back on the wagon, starting to track my food intake again. Because of emotional eating to cope with stress, I put on 5 lbs. in less than two weeks. Not good. So, time to do something different. I know what I need to do--I just need the motivation & self-control to do it!

I've decided that when I get below 130 lbs. again (back into my maintenance range) my reward will be a photo portrait with my husband.
