Over 2 years later...

I finally rediscover my sparkpage and desire to really buckle down and get this weight off. Looking at my weight last time I posted on here... I'd LOVE to be there again (also lose more). My weight loss journey has always been a slow one, but I think I'm wiser now about what needs to be done, and realize what mistakes I've made in the past, ex: "Oh, I exercised for 30 minutes today, so I can have my dinner at McD's (or the buffet, or an extra dessert, etc)".

Things I'm currently doing: Trying to eat more balanced throughout the day, checking my food in to the food tracker so I can see my calorie intake better. Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, currently on Level 2, along with going to the gym or going for a bike ride on the other days. And increasing my water intake!

So... here's to changing my life for the better!
