Good Morning Everyone!

Tried sleeping in a bit, made until about 5:30 on the new clock settings, yay for it getting dark by 4 in the afternoon soon...NOT, but it's ok for us...we really like fall and the holiday season.

I'm feeling pretty good today, going to try and bang out a bunch of work early and get everything done to watch the highly-hyped Packer/Vikings game this afternoon.

It baffles me everyday almost, when I total up my nutritional tracking from the day before how low it is, in my mind as I'm eating I think "oh no this is going to throw you way off", but in the morning when I'm totalling it all up I again realize that what's going in is ALL healthy, low calorie food.

Yesterday for lunch as an ode to the big old weekend breakfast I had some egg beaters and these (kinda gross) veggie sausage patties by Morningstar Farms and some cinnamon swirl low carb toast with a little butter-spray and some crystal light...great meal, felt like a huge hearty breakfast and it was super healthy for me, got my carbs in early for the day and it was very satisfying.

We watched a creepy new release in the spirit of halloween called "Orphan"..pretty dumb, but creepy no doubt.

Dinner was weird for me too, this crab stuffed piece of tilapia, long grain rice and roasted cauliflower, let's just say I won't be doing that one again...didn't finish it but ate enough.

Did everyone else get a bunch of "goodie points" this week on the sign-in spinner, it seemed like 3 or 4 days in a row I got 500 each day...is that SP's way of getting us spread the love more by giving eachother goodies? If so, it's working - I've been trying to load people up as I think about it...it was fun to spin to & win...amazing how much like a little kid I am.

Anyway, I think were a trying some kind of chicken stir-fry salad tonight and then it's a brand new week. I hope everyone has a really smooth sunday!

Well with any new recipe, you live and learn. I've had several that I will never make again. Your breakfast sounded yummy except for that sausage like patty. emoticon on staying within your recommended ranges. Also, emoticon on getting 500 on the spinner, and I thought I was doing good with 10 LOL. Have a wonderful Sunday.
