Sometimes my job gets pretty physical.. Today was a BAD/HARD day. I'm burned!!! You can add to it sore and tired.

I've been hungry all evening... I snacked but it wasn't enough.. So I ate another little part of lazagna. Of course I bosted my daily calories recomendations but just by some few cals.. I was surprised.

I feel a little bad about it, I feel like I've failed, in a way.. But I know I didn't... Oh well. I've read on some article that when you feel hungry, and you snacked, and you drank water and still be hungry, maybe you really are, maybe that's some sign your body is sending..

It's been more than a week on SP now, and I know I did pretty good, i'm proud of myself ;) I think it's normal to have up and down and being tired sometimes. I used to eat so much more than I do now.. And so much more UNWELL.

I thought I loved food, but that wasn't even food, that was just crap.. Lazy crap food. Now I think I can say I love food, because it tastes so much better :P I enjoy doing the cooking too, even if it takes a lot of time sometimes.. ;)
