Good Morning Spark People!
Well, the weigh-in was a wash this week, stayed the same and I actually am pretty ok with that. I was kind of expecting to gain a little bit due to a few sloppy days this past week - but I rallied strong to close up the week and I was able to atleast stay the same - when I averaged out my calories for the 7 days, it came to just around 1460, and 144 carbs and 44 fats so all those averages fell right in my ranges, so that feels really good.
I also noticed some physical changes to my body last night - I've had a few spots on my inner thighs and abdomen that were not getting enough blood circulation & movement and where my fat evidently just went to die, literally some of these areas were becoming rough, leather like- sorry if this is creeping any of you out. So any way, last night I noticed that the areas on both of my legs have almost completely restored themselves back to be soft & supple skin...not a huge change, but definitely something for me and my health that matters and it's another clear example of this is working. So the good, the bad & the ugly...sharing it and sparkin' it up!
