Sunday Morning...

Sunday, November 15, 2009

Oh boy it's gonna be a long day...

Got up around midnight to check on some stuff and heard a big crash outside- turns out a young guy drunk driving slammed into my wife's toyota 4runner that we just bought for her last year brand new. So, cops in the house at 2 in the morning yada yada yada...kind of a drag and just a hassle to deal with. I'm thankful we have insurance and that we work hard and pay our bills on time and that I'm not the guy waking up in jail. Turns out he was a real young guy, early 20's just returning from service in iraq...so yeah I'm frustrated, but what a bummer for this kid too.

Anyway, no rest for the wicked - full day, lots to do...most importantly is starting my day right, tracking my nutrition and checking in here. Maintaining my new healthy habits is going to be key for me heading into our busy season and I'm determined to keep on track! Spark Style...

I'll be draggin' later I'm sure and hopefully be able to rest up and relax.

Make it a smooth Sunday!

Thank you for all of your support! emoticon

Sorry to hear about the new car. At least your wife wasn't in it.
