39 Days till Christmas and 62 Days till the Cruise

Well today I got in a great workout helping my Dad move. We moved out of an apartment with 2 flights of steps into a basement of a townhouse that was also 2 flights of steps. We were moving for about an hour and a half. That is a great workout.
I was also within my calorie range today, 1350....my range is 1200-1550. I did have some extra crakers and ice tea that I shouldn't have, but nothing I can do now.
Bought a lot of salad for me to have for the next week.
Hopefully we will be moving this Friday into our new house! That will be another great workout if we do.
Looking forward to the upcoming week.
Workout plan for the week:
Monday: 30 mins AM, 15 mins at lunch, biggest loser after work
Tuesday: 30 mins in AM, 15 mins at lunch, 2 hours of dance
Wednesday: 30 mins in AM, 15 mins at lunch, biggest loser after work
Thursday: 30 mins in AM, 15 mins at lunch, either biggest loser after work or moving boxes downstairs for preping for moving
Friday: 30 mins AM, 13 mins at lunch and either 1 hour dance or moving
Saturday: Either moving or at least 1 hour workout with biggest loser.
