Monday Morning...

Sparkin' it Up on a Monday Morning!

Feeling pretty good this morning, lots on my list so I'm a little bit overwhelmed...but it'll all work out.

Didn't get too much exercise in over the weekend and I'm feeling like I'm missing something...so it will be good to get it going...

Tried a nice alternative to a "treat" yesterday - just 1 scoop of banana cream muscle milk protein powder mixed with water over ice. Really good and satisfying...

My glucose has been running a little high the last few days upper 150's, lower 160's...maybe because I had more carbs towards the end of my day...

I'm doing it though, sticking to the plan - almost 2 months in and I've tracked my food every single day - feels great. I'm hopeful that I will continue to have success short-term and for the long haul.
