Today I have a healthy eating day planned.
I didn't get my morning workout in, but I will get it when I get home from work, along with the biggest loser workout game.
Dinner tonight will be protein, and veggies. Yummy.
I really don't want to workout tonight, but I am going to push myself to do so, for a couple of reason. One is that I have nothing else to do, since Chris is working. The other is because I want to see less than 157 on the scale on Friday.
By Thanksgiving I would like to see less than 155 on the scale.
Update: I got in a great 1.5 mile walk with the dogs. Then I did do another 30 min workout with the Biggest Loser game! I also ate a healthy dinner too!
