Feeling good this morning!
Looking forward to a decent walk to get some solid cardio in today. Had a nice walk yesterday and the last 4 days I've been doing sets of 20 modified sit-ups...it's pretty tough for me to get up and down off the floor - so I've figured out a good way to start building on that to strengthen my back and core muscles.
My wife said my face looked thinner today than the picture on my sparkspage!
Super busy and banging it out, the last 3 or 4 days have been really excellent and right in the sweet spot on my ranges. I'm feeling less obsessed about the weigh-in, or how much will I lose...maybe just from being super busy, but I think it's more that I'm not feeling as desperate and scared. I'm feeling much more confident in myself following the plan and being successful and I'm feeling much more ok and comfortable with that this is for the long haul and that my lifestyle is changing!
