Good Morning Spark People!

Starting out strong today and can see the end of the week in my sights!

Good workout yesterday and I've really had my food dialed in this week and that feels great. I'm committed to grooving these daily habits until they become my normal/default behavior!

I'm still plagued a little bit each day with waves of negative thinking, but they come and they go and I just keep on pushing myself in the direction I know I really want to be headed in.

I'm gonna make it a great day - planning on getting in a nice walk before lunch and that will make me feel even more fired up!

Have a safe & smooth day! Here's to all of us relaxing & enjoying the ride!

"...waves of negative thinking, but they come and they go and I just keep on pushing myself in the direction I know I really want to be headed in." : nice way to describe this. GOOD job keeping on the path of our goals.

I LOL'd when I saw the monks on the roller coaster.
I have figured out I am most productive if I get in a walk of even a small length earlier in the day. I can be so sluggish-but that starts the physical rev earlier. Somehow that revs up the mind, too.

    Have a great day!
