So I missed a few days blogging, but I am going to try daily.
Yesterday was the best weigh in I have had in a long time. Too bad I ate over my calories yesterday and didn't have such a good weigh in today. But I know that it is because I had a lot of Sodium last night.
Today I have a very healthy day planned for eating. I also have at least 1.5 hour workout planned for this evening. I have a 1 hour dance class and I plan to do the biggest loser game for whatever time the workout is for.
I am still working hard towards my goal of 140 by Christmas. I know that I can do it if I push myself workout wise and I keep in line with my eating.
No more over eating. I am going to really have to plan my eating out for each and every day. Next week is going to be tough because I am moving, but I am going to try my best.
My goal is to be abelow 155 by Thanksgiving. I know that I can do it!
