Need insight/ input

So this morning after working out I kept using my heart-rate monitor... according to the monitor, I burned off over 450 calories.... but my work out was 2miles at 27min. burning around 380 or so (i pretty sure, i'm going of memory... )... so what do you go by. The cool down while your stretching.. or just the workout only.... And also with using the my-fitness tab on here... it's saying calories loss was 244. How is it so much difference. So I need some help from you vets. Give me some insight please! And thank you!
