Rock n Roll....

Yesterday was a great day - really felt connected and smooth with my new habits. My wife flew out for the week and so yesterday was a real test just for myself to see how everything felt - I was not afraid of cheating, but I just wanted to see how I would do all by myself alone and it was great, I really went to bed last night feeling proud and grateful. Glucose was 127 this morning, and I'm hoping to keep it there!

Got in some decent cardio, and resistant training, got alot done for work - made sure to get in enough calories, healthy food, drank plenty of water and got some good rest.

I'm just going to connect the dots today, just like I've been doing everyday for over 2 months now and let the results come. I'm feeling better and each day I feel much more confident that I CAN do this and that it is working...

Stick to the plan, believe in the process...these are my mantras!

I hope everyone has a really Sparktacular day!

Great job. Good for you. Now that you are certain you can do this, I am sure you will do great at reaching your goals. The hardest part for me is believing in myself. You are half way there. Keep it up.

LOVE THIS! And a timely reminder that this is a simple process if we don't complicate it. Just PLAN and DO, and the results will take care of themselves. Thanks for this!
