i will be weighing in 1x a month. my scheduled weigh-in day was 9/13/06. however, i weighed today.

last weight - 248
current weight - 242.5

waist was 44
current waist 42

hips was 50.25
current hips 51

i was afraid to see what was happeing to my body because i have not been working out consistenly. i feel a lot more motivated after my weigh-in.
