Thursday Morning...

Fired Up & Ready to go...

Getting used to these long days during the busy season and feeling pretty maxed out folding in all of these new habits...but I'm just telling myself that I can do it, and these changes I'm making are much more important than any work stuff.

I'm good, just a little overwhelmed is all.

Had a really great new salad for dinner last night...Healthy Buffalo Chicken Salad...it was just the right amount of spice and some fat free, low carb blue cheese dressing.

I've got some cardio planned for mid-morning and even though I'm swamped, I know it will be good and that it will help me to feel even better.

Not so confident going into tomorrow's weigh-in, not that I have gone off the reservation at all...just not feeling it I guess - so we'll see how it shakes out in the morning.

    Stay the course and stick with the SPARK! The pounds will go in due time. They can sure be stubborn at times, but we've got to be MORE stubborn...! :-)

    Think positive...you been sticking to plan and as long as you are also getting your water in, I bet you will lose again this week!

    We have a lifetime of bad habits to change. Everyone says it, but we didn't put on this weight overnight. It will take a while to get it off. Keep your head up high, and keep at it. We won't be perfect every week, but if we can pick ourselves back up and move on then we'll know we changed.
