Toenails and cookies don't mix...thank god!

Thursday, December 10, 2009

Okay so most of you know that I'm an esthetician and this time of year everyone wants to look and feel their best (including me!) So I've been swamped which is a good thing because like I said toenails and cookies don't mix, meaning, it's really hard to snack while doing a pedicure or facial, my hands are always busy and covered in some sort of lotion, oil or masque. Thank god for that because it would be really hard to stay away from the sweets otherwise. I'm really trying to eat clean but those cosmic cookies (their almost clean) in the freezer keep calling my name. C-E-L-IIIIIIIIIIIII-NE come eat me! Yikes, I'm doing my best but it is HARD!
I'll keep you posted, Celine

I hear you..it's so hard to eat clean - so much temptations all around! Glad that your hands are busy at work...when not at work..try drinking fragrant teas some of my favorites are decaf vanilla chai, chocolate mint, hazelnut chocolate, licorice, lemon..all without calories! As you know from my blog posts, I've also had trouble with goodies...until I found tea! Really enjoying teas these days ...the fragrance, the warmth, really makes me feel good ...and it will bring you back to your senses and you will forget about those cookies in the freezer! It's worth a try...try some tea!

Hope you find what works for you, good luck..! Will be watching your posts, Sparkfriend!

It is always easier to stay away from bad foods when you and/or your hands are busy!
