Trying to lose some weight in One Month

I finished my exams and I have a month until school starts back. On 01/13/09, I will attend my first class room class since I went back to college. I have been doing all online. My one class on campuse will be on Wednesday from 5 pm to 8 pm. The class is Public Speaking. Public Speaking will be a problem because I don't like to have attention drawn to me. However, I am more concerned with being the fattest student in the class. I am sure I will probably be the oldest, but don't want to be the fattest too.

I know I should have started my diet sooner, but with my 5 online classes and my 2 jobs, it was hard to focus on my diet until I got rid of something. Therefore since school ended for a month, I have a month to lose something. I would love to lose at least 10lbs. in a month, but that really isn't realist.

I need suggestions and support please. I will weight in morening and record weight as of in the morning. I started the diet a week ago, but didn't weigh. I need any help anyone could give me. Thanks. Wish me luck.

    journal those calories. be diligent and honest about it, and you'll see the weight drop off. getting in some cardio will help. good luck!

    well one trick that works if you aren't doint it already is drink tons of water. You will have to use the ladies room a lot but it usually helps the first couple of lbs to come off quickly. Eat healthy and exercise. Make sure to get proper rest too because when you are tired, you are more likely to binge eat. BTW, I doubt you will be the heaviest student. It takes all kinds to make a world and like us, many have forgoten to watch our diets. If you do happen to be the heaviest person in your calss at the beginning, make it your goal not to be the heaviest by the end.
