I'm just beat today...hitting the wall

I'm just telling myself to hang in there, survive and as things calm down you can get rested and re-grouped.

Just feeling kind of sloppy with my food the last few days, tracking feels like a real core...I'm not making a case for this thinking...just being honest and hoping that I can muster whatever is needed to get things turned around before too long...

I totally agree with MAGGIE:), I just take a 20 minutes nap when in really dire straits...
You can win, do not let darkness settle in!

FIND YOUR SHY POWER HIDING SOMEWHERE IN YOU AND TALK TO HER OUT TO THE REAL WORLD. GO AND SHINE MY POWERFUL FRIEND!!

    I BELIEVE IN YOU.
    DO IT!

When i get in the same funk (which is frequent), I find 10 minutes to sit in total peace and quiet so that I can mentally regroup - remind myself where I want to be and why. I make a list of my biggest stressors and a step to address each of them. Finally, I make a list of the 3-5 things in my life that are awesome and most important to me (such as my daughters' smiles & hugs, the feel of my husband's supportive arms around me) - I make a list that has a happy visual picture to go with it. Then I stick that list in my pocket adn pull it out again when I need a boost.

It doesn't always work, but it does most of the time.

You can do it. It's a stressful but beautiful season.
