I'm feeling a bit anxious. The night before Christmas I didn't sleep but only two hours. I woke up sweating and nervous about the following day - Christmas. No one should wake up sweating and nervous for Christmas.

I had the in-laws coming over. Thankfully not the sister-in-law from last Tuesday's post, but her mother. I was scheduled to see the sister-in-law later last night. I bailed. I did let her know how much it hurt me in an email Wednesday. It was very casual, but I got it out. I haven't heard from her - No email. No phone call. Nothing. She did send her youngest child over Christmas morning, with her mother, while she and her husband went to see a movie - they are Jewish.

Needless to say I didn't feel like subjecting myself to her and the other women last night. It's this big "click" thing in that family. It's ridiculous. Remember high school? Yeah...it's like that - ridiculous. I'm 40 for crying out loud.

Today I will exercise to chase away anxiety. I hate her, she is nasty! Exercising helps I have found - so wish me luck that I actually make it on that treadmill.

    Hope your feeling better today. Exercise is really good for taking out frustrations and improving mood. Hang in there. It's a new week and time to focus on yourself and your health and put all this other stuff behind you. Here's to a productive, active week. emoticon

    You will get through this, I have a sister in law the same way. I just keep my distant and we may talk twice a year. It sounds like we will need each other more then we know it :)
