Our Christmas Miracle

I just wanted to share what happened to my family last night, Dec. 23rd 2009. First off, a little background info. We've been pretty tight on money lately. We got gifts for all 3 kids but it wasn't much. We were ok with it and making do with what we had.
On Dec. 23rd we went to dh's parent's for Christmas dinner with his family. We got home around 9 ad got ds to bed probably about an hour after that. We also had a friend here fixing our computer.
Around 10:30 we hear this bang on the door. By the time we got there though nobody was there so we checked the back door just to make sure. Nobody there either. Starting to wonder what the noise was then dh goes and turns on the front porch light and looks outside.
What he found there was 2 bags full and a small stack of Christmas gifts! The bags had gifts for all 3 kids in them and the stack of gifts we're guessing are for all of us bc they don't have names on them. Biggest surprise? An envelope that just says "God Bless, Philipians 4:19-20" on it and inside is money and a variety of gift cards totaling over $150 just in themselves. When I saw that I started bawling. All Wayne saw was someone hop in a car and drive down the road. NO idea who it was. We now have a pretty good sized pile of gifts under our tree!
I still can't believe it and I wish I knew who brought this blessing to our family but I know they didn't wnat to be known. It's a gift from God to our family this Christmas!
Merry Christmas to everyone who reads this! I hope yours was as blessed as mine has been already. God is there, and he takes care of all of your needs, even when you least expect it.
we opened the gifts on christmas morning. Chels and Hunter both got snow pants/coat sets. Hunter got a lot of shirts and some jeans a Mr. Potato head and 2 board books. Chelsea also got a VTech lap top toy and a pirncess book with 5 early readers in it. Natalie got a snow suit type thing and several outfits. There were also 2 board games, 3 packs of juice boxes, 4 boxes of mac n cheese and a little box with candy and yet another gift card in it for walmart! I still can't believe how much was there and how much ALL of that must have cost! It was a lot of fun to see the kids so excited about out gifts from God and even the mac n cheese! We truly have been blessed but then I think Why us? There are so many people I'm sure could have used it more than us. I'm sure God must have a reason for bringing this blessing to us though and I will forever be thankful for our Christmas miracle!
