What a great New Year's Eve...I think maybe the best one ever for me!

Did my weigh-in this morning as I skipped on Christmas Friday and I have a medical appt. this morning and I wanted to know what was up....What a huge surprise to see the scale...lost 15 more pounds since I weighed in on Friday 12/18...so 74 pounds lost since starting SparkPeople on Sept. 18th and 121 pounds lost since January 2009. I wanted so bad to change my page picture from "50lost" to 60, well I got to skip that and move right on to "70lbs lost"

My wife and I moved the scale, weighed in a few times just to double check to make sure it wasn't a fluke...nope it was right on the money.

Needless to say, I could not be happier - especially wrapping up what felt like a really stressful and sloppy december. Heading into a new year on this kind of success really fires me up to just keep plugging away and stay the course!

I look forward to getting to know some of you even better!

Thank you for your encouragement and support!
