Is it fat in here, or is it just me?

I joined Sparkpeople in February 2008 and successfully brought my weight down from 207lbs postpartum to 162lbs and beyond. I went from a size 18 to a size 8 and held my weight within 3 lbs of 162 for a year and a half. And then I got an IUD, went back to work, and then changed jobs and now I'm back up to 181lbs 9 months after the IUD and I'm not happy. Was it the IUD? Was it the lifestyle change? Was it stopping tracking my food, not exercising often enough, or both?
Well, there's more than one way to find out, and whatever caused the weight gain, I am confident that with the help of Sparkpeople.com I can turn this wagon around and get it headed in the right direction.
I'm already off to a great start. I've started tracking my food again. I'm adding exercise to my life daily, and I've challenged myself to a Sparkpeople Bootcamp Challenge. I'm reading a book on self-hypnosis, with intentions of changing my subconscious programming that leads me to failure. I will succeed this time, and I will stay slim, healthy, and active only eating foods that will fuel my body and make me feel GREAT.
This year marks 10 years smoke free. I want to throw a party for my lungs, and what better way than to train for a 5k race? I entered the Terry Fox Run for the first time last year, and completed the run slowing only twice to walk for less than a minute. This year, I want to do even better!
