Spark Your Body Bootcamp Day 1

Uggh. Ugly weigh in, gained again. Ugly BMI. Uggh, Uggh, Uggh. Let the bootcamp begin.

Day 1 - 1/3/10 = 219.7 pounds 36.22 BMI.

My goal for this boot camp is to stay focused on making smarter choices and getting back into the swing of tracking calories, working out, and remembering that the weight loss journey will not be taken alone. I will include my daughters 10 and 13 in this journey with me, as well as my friends in 50 in 6 and Divas Gettin Down, Droppin those Pounds.

    Thanks for stopping by my blog. It was exciting to get a comment when I just finished writing. You have a very good looking family. Recently I heard a minister say that the Lord gives us opportunities or places opportunities before us for change. I feel SP in one of those opportunities. This is how he guides us.
