30 day shred is doable. Jillian doesn't give breaks because she says if you want fast results you need to just go hard for a short amount of time. Well, I did the entire dvd without stopping and I think it's effective without being difficult. You can find ways to challenge yourself without overtiring yourself. This is exactly what i need and boy did I really miss weight lifting. She does 3 min strength, 2 min cardio and 1 min abs a total of 3 times plus warm up and cool down. I can go hard if I know the time is short.
Went back to work today with the Monday blues.... but that has already passed. I am supposed to be taking after pics for insanity and before shots for 30 day shred but I'm plain old lazy. I'll get to it soon, hopefully before the end of the week. I'm a little annoyed with my dog because she chewed the strings of the top of my bathing suit and i cannot post a picture topless LOL!
