Spark your body bootcamp Day 8

OK, so I lost 1.1 pounds my first week of bootcamp, but ended my birthday celebrations in weight gaining activities. I ate four enchiladas (one of my best friends made them), Spanish rice, chips and guacamole, and some more birthday cake. What am I going to do this week to work it off? I usually take Sundays off, but I am going to have to get some activity in. Here is what I plan for the week to look like:

Sunday - Walk Away the Pounds, the one mile walk (with weights) Bootcamp video
Monday - Walk Away the Pounds, the two mile walk (with weights) Bootcamp video, Bollywood
Tuesday - Walk away the pounds, the one mile walk, Bootcamp video, Hip Hop Abs
Wednesday - Walk away the pounds, one mile, bootcamp, treadmill, walk away the pounds one mile
Thursday - Walk Away the Pounds, one mile, bootcamp, Zumba, walk away the pounds, one mile
Friday, Walk Away the Pounds, 2 mile, bootcamp, Dance Jam class, Shape
Saturday - Walk Away the Pounds 3 mile, bootcamp, FitTV workout
