Struggling today...have a lot of negative thinking creeping in...I'm hoping it just because I'm sick. I really am going to try hard and be diligent today to eat healthy and get re-grouped, feeling sick really is a drag for me.

I'm committed to this plan long haul, and I know in my heart that I can do it...just being sick, everything starts to feel like a slippery slope. I just have to push through and not go backwards...

Thanks for your support!

You do need to take care of yourself when you are sick...but also take time to reflect on how far you have come....Review your goals and pick one thing just to get you back on track today and do it....maybe it's drinking your water or gettin in 5 fruits and veggies...?

Feeling sick is the hardest time to eat healthy - and the time your body needs it the most! Stick with it and push fluids - you will be so glad you did!
