Got everything tracked, glucose was 117 this morning...diggin' that!
Yesterday was a busy work day, hopefully Cindy and I going to try and hook up the Wii Fit and play around with that a little this afternoon. Money is tight, but I have a job. I still weigh a lot, but I'm heading in the direction.
Re-framing my thinking has been a pretty big part of each of my days'
Saw some people on the new last night talking about the 80/20 plan...
Eat healthy, good food with your plan 80% of time and 20% percent of the time you eat what you want...within reason. Craving foods they were calling it...with the idea that you even make healthier choices with those 20% foods too. The whole premise being that you have feel like you live in this world and the data shows that by noy giving yourself a " break" once a week or whatever...that it turns out to be a big set up for binge eating and abandoning the plan completely.
I had never that line of thinking called the "80/20 plan" but that's about what I do...interesting to me. Any thoughts?
