Rockin the Spark...goal today is to really hydrate and flush the sodium. Glucose was at 129 this morning.

Heading south with the lbs.!!!

Everything is tracked, having lentil soup(homemade) and tuna salad (w/mustard + pickles) heated in the oven on top of whole grain bread. Water for lunch.

Dinner having a killer taco salad, 2nd night in a row...yeah for simple this week I guess. Lots of work to do, Cindy is putting all the xmas decor away.

Have an interview scheduled with local news station. They want to do a story about me around my weight loss, just me telling my story and sharing what it's been like to have been shut-in for a few years and what's been working so far to lose the weight I have so far and then check in every so often as time goes on. Initially I was not so into it, mostly fear of some exra pressure or anxiety throwing me off track...but I've talked about with family and friends and even though I'm scared I'm gonna go for it. Thursday is the day that the news anchor and camera crew come to our apartment...so we'll see.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good Luck with the interview. You have nothing to fear, b/c the weight loss is something you want to do for yourself. I think airing it will only open more people up to support you, and you to motivate other folks. I think this will be a very positive experience for you. W2G!!!!!!
