Okay the New year started with a challenge for me. My Laptop and other computer crashed! I was lost not having my email or being online. But I finally got it fixed yesterday!!! I am so so happy! So Sorry for not posting on my page or in any of the forums! I feel so behind!
I have been doing a poor job of staying away from fast food. I found out that my mom is a trigger for me to eat out. I Really need to make sure I have good food choices when I am around her because she love to pick up fast food and go to restaurants.
I also have really acid reflux now. I am finding my stomach is sour a lot and I have tried everything to help it but it doesn't work for very long. I have tried tea, tums, Rolaids, med from doctor, orange essential oil, peppermint oil. There is so much i can't eat because it gives me heartburn, or makes me throw up, or won't digest or gives me colon pain. I am getting really frustrated. Then when I am I get so hungry I eat poorly.
What really stinks is raw food is not digesting and hurts my stomach plus alot of veggies give me pain. Which are the good foods that help you lose weight!
I am just so fustrated!
