Good Morning Spark People!

Feeling pretty good, calmed down from a stressful week. Overall I'm feeling pretty dialed in and I decided that I want to figure out how to start tracking my exercise on SparkPeople too. I'm hoping it will help me exercise more and help me learn more about how exercise can be my friend instead of something painful and scary. Whew, glad I put that out there...it's been on my mind for a few days!
