Well I have been doing pretty well with walking and drinking water till a few days ago. but I know I can get right back on track and keep at my goals. Loseing weight takes time and I know that I can do it this time, being I am not as hard on myself as I was the last few times I tryed. It took time to put the weight on,. It will take time to get it off. I have t he motovation I just need support and a lil boost to get me going somesdays. I just know that at the end of my journy of wanting to wear a bikini will all be worth it in the end!!!! emoticon
